All registrations must be completed through the official summit registration portal. Payment must be made via the provided Paystack links for VIP or Regular categories. Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
All attendees must comply with the venue regulations of the UN-HABITAT Agency in Nairobi. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry in case of non-compliance with safety or security protocols.
All payments are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by LIUPED Initiatives. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified and a refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
By registering, attendees consent to the use of their personal information for event management, communication, and verification purposes only. LIUPED Initiatives will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of event rules may result in removal from the summit without a refund.
LIUPED Initiatives is not responsible for personal belongings, travel arrangements, or any incidents occurring outside the control of the summit organizers. Attendees participate at their own risk.
